Matthew joined the firm following a clerkship with the Honorable Francis J. Vernoia, J.A.D., in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Before his clerkship, Matthew graduated magna cum laude from Rutgers Law School - Newark in 2021, where he was awarded the Rutgers Law School Faculty Scholarship and Leadership Award for excellence in combination of scholarship and leadership. While at Rutgers Law School, Matthew interned with the Honorable Guy P. Ryan, in the Criminal Division of the Ocean County Vicinage of the New Jersey Superior Court. Matthew was also a member of the Rutgers Computer & Technology Law Journal, eventually serving as a Managing Editor for the Journal's 47th volume.
Matthew is a member of the state bars of New Jersey and New York, and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, as well as the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York.
